The analyst answers the phone and all e-mail and Internet help requests using your company name and resolves all issues directly including dispatching a technician to your location and following up when the call is complete. You set the limit on what we do, so we never infringe on the activity that builds your business or is less expensive to field in-house. Our Help Desk is open from 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. MDST Monday to Friday.
