Our Help Desk gives your employees or clients quick access to remote troubleshooting and call dispatching Your employees work seamlessly with senior-level certified technicians from the start, eliminating the need for time-consuming call escalations and long wait times from your local providers who also handle normal consumer walk in traffic and virus removal.

Our Help Desk service works by routing your companies calls to a toll-free phone number that is assigned to your company directly. The call is routed through our advanced national call center located in Lethbridge, Alberta. Our VOIP and CISCO based network and connects the caller with our first available network analyst. The analyst answers the phone and all e-mail and Internet help requests using your company name and resolves all issues directly including dispatching a technician to your location and following up when the call is complete. You set the limit on what we do, so we never infringe on the activity that builds your business or is less expensive to field in-house. Our Help Desk is open from 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. MDST Monday to Friday.
